Qatar Motorcycle Events( 2020-2024)

At the beginning of 2020, we received an inquiry from a Qatar advertising company. At first, the customer only planned to purchase 200 sets of beach flagpole( feather flagpole with banner ). Later, they learned that our company also helped customers make many other customized products. The customer also purchased advertising tents, customized flags, customized backpacks and other products.

After the first purchase, the customer liked the product very much, but the weather and climate conditions in each country are different. Later, the customer also encountered some product problems, including a broken tent. We handled the after-sales service in a timely manner and provided the customer with a new and higher-quality tent. Later, the customer chose a product with better quality and better stability when he purchased again. Another problem is that the warp knitted fabric flag we made for the customer at the beginning was a very thick material, but after using it, the customer found that the wind and sand in Qatar were very strong, and the thick flag was easily blown down. So after timely communication, we provided customers with mesh fabrics in subsequent orders. This kind of fabric is lighter and more breathable, so it will not be so easily blown down by the wind.

Still now, We maintain a cooperative relationship with this customer. Later, the customer would purchase advertising materials for the event every year, including beach flags, advertising tents, custom flags, custom banners, and custom backpacks. During this period, we have maintained a long-term and stable cooperative relationship with the customer.
